Underground Infrastructure
Underground work needs careful planning, safe excavation practices, and clean coordination with other trades and utilities. We support underground infrastructure installation and repairs as part of site development and specialty projects.
Typical Underground Scopes
- Utility trenching and coordination
- Water line trenching/installation support
- Septic and onsite system excavation support
- Storm drainage: culverts, ditches, swales, piping support
- Trench backfill, compaction coordination (as required by project)
LGPC Septic Inspection Program Support (One Point of Contact)
The LGPC’s Wastewater Treatment Inspection Program is a mandatory, recurring inspection effort focused on protecting Lake George’s water quality. The program includes a five-year recurring inspection cycle for systems in the program area (including systems within 500 feet of Lake George or within 100 feet of regulated streams / AA-S streams).
If you receive an LGPC notice, don’t waste time coordinating multiple vendors. Legacy provides design-build delivery – we can take you from “inspection outcome” to “approved closeout” with one team:
- Review inspection results + site constraints
- Engineering & design options (repair vs. replacement vs. enhanced treatment as applicable)
- Permitting + coordination with the appropriate authorities
- Construction + restoration
- Closeout package and documentation support for LGPC
You get one accountable point of contact from start to finish.
